History:
Devin had grown up in a very choatic house. His mother had been ill and had five kids. Sadly he hadn't been home the day his mother died and his father later killed himself. He'd been at the near by skate park, teaching a younger friend of his how to board.
When he'd arrived home he'd found his mother gone and had later found out that his father had too died. They were all orphans now. Him and his brothers and sisters. They'd all be pulled apart and thrown who knew where.
After that day he was sent to a foster family. Though he didn't really like being an only child with two parents who didn't really know him or had the time to get to know him he managed to always keep a positive. The hope of some day maybe finding his brothers and sisters kept him going.
Special talents:
Playing gutair-- Devin can really rock the gutair. It was one of the things that had kept him busy during the time he spent at his foster family's house.
Skate boarding-- Devin is pretty good on a board. Skate boarding allowed him to have an excuse for getting out of the house and almost always helped him forget about his stress.
Role Playing Example:
Devin yawned as the alarm next to his bed beeped loudly. Stupid thing was annoying. He'd have to remember to talk to Tyler about getting a less annoying alarm clock. He got out of bed and turned his alram off.
After throwing on some clothes he hurried down the stairs. Walking into the kitchen he smiled at the sight of a man who was reading a newspaper and drinking some coffee. He also noticed that the woman who was his foster mom was making breakfast.
"Morning Tyler. Morning Jenna." Devin said as he plopped down in a chair. The woman set a plate in front of him and kissed the top of his head. He rolled his eyes at her, but immediatly started to eat the pancakes she'd set before him.
After a moment the man looked at him from over his newspaper. "How many times do we have to tell you that you don't have to call us Tyler and Jenna? You can call us Dad and Mom." At this Devin shook his head and finished his breakfast.
"You'll have to tell me a million more times Tyler. Oh and I was wondering if this month I could get a new alarm clock. That other one is getting abit annoying." Dev said as he grabbed his backpack which was sitting near the door.
Tyler nodded, though he looked abit hurt. "Of course son." Devin rolled his eyes at being called 'son', but only said," I'll see ya when I get home." He heard them saying 'goodbye' as he walked out of the room and out of the house. Now it was off to school he went.
