Tamsin sat against one of the trees close to the black lake, one leg lay-ed flat on the ground, the other one bent as she rested her foot on the grass underneath her. She was like a couple of feet away from the Lake.
It was so beautiful, not the colour but how it looked like it went on for miles, a never ending river. Her diary fell out of her hand bag which had just tilted over. She carried her diary everywhere with her, it was where she put everything in it. Thoughts, hopes, dreams, hate, grief and other happy or unhappy pictures.
As she looked up, she squinted her eyes as the sunlight seemed to have beamed down on her. Tamsin pushed her hair back from her face behind her ear.

Patsy carried her gibson guitar down to the lake with her, ready to get some inspiration for a new song. She smiled as she saw someone already occupied a tree. "Hi, dont mind if I sit down and play for a bit do you?," she asked the girl curiously. Truth was she really didn't want to disturb anyone, but she did want to work on the song that kept clouding her mind and wouldnt go away.

Tamsin turned her head to-wards the voice she heard, "No i don't mind at all." She said as she smiled. Secretly she was glad someone had joined her because she didn't really like to be alone.

Josh made his way down to the lake. He sighed as he looked at he refection from the sun on the water top, the slight ripple that disrupted the calm lake from the breeze that swept through, rustling Joshs already tousled hair. He stopped a few feet from the lake, not noticing the girl that sat by the tree nearby.
He ran a hand through his hair before putting his hands into his pockets. Hed just arrived a few days ago and this was honestly his first day out to see the grounds. Suprising considering Josh had to always be doing something and preferably outside. He wished the lake was an ocean. Surfing was his life, well outside of the movies and TV. His father knew this and he made sure this place was far away from the ocean. He sighed, he would deal with it, he wanted to have a normal senior year, wanted to know what it was like to be in a public school. He hated getting homeschooled. This year would be different, hopefuly it was what he hoped it was.

Patsy smirked as the girl said she didn't mind. "Thanks, I hate bothering people, just dont like to be bothered when I want to be left alone, wasnt sure if you were in that state or not.," she said smirking as she sat down and put her pick in her mouth as she pulled her journal out of her side pants pocket. she loved her tripp jeans, the pockets held everything.

She looked around as the girl sat down and saw a boy standing by the lake. She hadn't been at this school long and wasn't sure how everyone would be to-wards her. But she was determended to think positive about her new school and new life.
"No, i actually didn't really want to be alone you know?." She said in answer to the girls question.

Josh was pulled from his thoughts as he heard some people talking. he turned as he saw two girls sitting agins tthe tree. He debated on going over, he wasnt very good at talking to people and was pretty much aloner outside of the people he had to talk to.
Taking a moment he shrugged to himself and then finally headed over. "hey..'He said, with a nod. "Mind if I join you two?"he asked raising his brows, his grayblue eyes looking at them as he waited for their answer.
(sorry that was terrible)

Tamsin turned to the boy and slowly smiled. "Well i don't mind, do you?" She asked the girl next to her then she suddenly realized that she didn't know the girls name or his.
"I'm Tamsin." She said openly to both of them.

Patsy smiled as she was told by the girl she could join her. She noticed a young guy with a familiar face coming towards them and asked the same thing to both of them. "Nope don't mind at all. And the names Patsy or Pats...whichever mood your in.," Patsy said laughing as she looked at both of her new aquaintances.

"Cool, hi Patsy." Well it wasn't as bad as she thought, Tamsin had just met to people who seemed nice. Well that was her first impression but her first where usually the best. She wanted to start a conversation but she didn't know how to start it. This should be easier She thought to herself.
