Alice sighed as she plopped down on a bench in the mall. She had only been shopping for a half hour and already she was tired. Though she'd only gotten one bag. She was pleased with herself so far. She'd found the cutest outfit. It was a jean mini skirt with a green stripped tee shirt with a hood. Now if only she had someone else to shop like crazy with it would be the best shopping trip ever. Anastasia clutched her bags tightly, though it hurt her hands to do so. The handles of the multiple bags were rubbing her skin raw it seemed. She searched for a bench, somewhere to sit and rest. Her eyes landed on one, occupied by another girl. Might as well try to make friends around here. Not like I'm moving any time soon. Throbbing feet walked towards the bench and cautiously stood in front of it. "May I sit here?" A.C. flashed her most welcoming smile, one she had been using a lot lately these days, at the girl.

Alice's hopes for company were inturrepted by a voice. Looking up she say a girl who looked rather tired. "Sure. Be my guest." She scooted over making room for the girl, a sweet smile on her face. "Looks like you've been hecka busy. How was the shopping?" Alice asked kindly.

Anastasia let out a soft sigh and collapsed onto the bench as gracefully as one could collapse. "Thanks. And yeah. I just moved here and I had to leave a lot of clothes at home so now I'm restocking. I just wish I had known how big this mall was; I would of worn better shoes." A.C. let out a small laugh and set down her bags. She had just gotten the neccessities so far, according to her. She was looking forward to seeing the rest of the mall though. It could prove to be a good place to meet new people.

Alice watched as the girl collapsed onto the bench. "No problem. You look pretty tired. Oh that's cool. I'd overstock. Actually I already have overstocked using this mall. Yeah this place is huge. That's okay. Now you know for next time." Alice laughed and held out her hand to the girl. "Name's Alice. Nice to meet you."

"Nice. I think an overstock will be needed. Nothing like running up daddy's credit card." That was problem the richest thing Ana had ever said. She always tried not to get snotty and such about money, but she was angry at her father for the move so she had every right. "Pleasure to meet you Alice. I'm Anastasia. But most people call me Ana or A.C." She gently shook Alice's hand and smiled.

Alice laughed, nodding softly. "I know what you mean. Once a month my dad lets me have his credit card for an entire day of nothing but shopping. He tells me to use as much as I want. Then he yells at me when he gets the bill. I find it hillarious." Alice's family wasn't rich, but they had money to spend. Her dad spoiled her rotten, while her mother simply wanted her to stop spending money and stay home all day doing chores and such. Lucky for her her dad normally got her out of chores. "A.C. I like that. Has a nice flow to it." She laughed abit as she shook Anastasia's hand.

Ana laughed quietly along with Alice. "That is quite hilarious. I don't go shopping much but when I do, it can dig quite a hole on his card. I prefer to work on other things then shop." She was unsure whether to reveal her love for the arts, most importantly Drama. "And yeah my best friend came up with that. It's my initials, Anastasia Conner."

"Yeah I know what you mean. I perfer spending my time working on my game. I'm a hardcore athlete. That's just what I'm good at. Lucky for me I'm not on any teams." She said laughing as she shrugged softly. "What are you into? That's cool. Sweet. My last name's Mercedes. A.M." She laughed. "That my least favorite time. I'm more of a PM girl."

Ana smiled. "Oh cool. I don't really do sports, though I suppose it wouldn't hurt me. I am a drama girl, everything involved. Acting, singing, dancing; the works. So I guess that gives me some qualities fit for a sport. But I don't know if I could handle the pressure. Plus I'm rather shy around people." She blushed heatedly and looked down at her bags. "I prefer a twilight sort of time. Just getting dark but not quite yet."

"Oh that's cool. I've never been any good with that stuff. I can play the gutair, but I don't think I'm a very good singer. Yeah I'm sure that would give you some qualities for sports." Alice laughed abit. "Yeah normally I'm not this social, but I'm becoming more and more socialized every day." Alice giggled, then she nodded at Ana. "Yeah that's a pretty time. I'm more of a dark night time girl. Don't know why." She shrugged abit and looked around only to look back at Ana.

"Yeah I know someone who can play the guitar, but is afraid to sing. I haven't seen him in ages." Ana's mind drifted off to when she had last talked with Ashley. It had been too long, same with Ryan. She really missed that girl. She brought her mind back to the conversation and smiled at Alice. "That's good. I only stop being shy once I really get to know someone well. Only a few people are that lucky." She bit her lip and fidgeted with the handles of the bags. Those lucky people were now so far away.

Alice was slient as it seemed that Ana's mind was else where. She sighed quietly and nodded when the girl beside her started talking again. "Yeah I know what you mean. I'm somewhat like that. Except it's more of a trust thing. I trust people I first meet but not that well really. I trust people I know really well a lot more." Alice looked around, then looked back at Ana. "Hey, would you like to do some shopping together?" She asked with a smile.

Ana nodded. "Yeah I see what you mean. I'm just really shy and afraid to open up when I first meet them. I slowly open up like a budding flower." She blushed, using a line from a poem she had read a long time ago. But the blush faded and was replaced by a smile. "Yeah that sounds good. I still have some 'neccessities' to purchase." Alice nodded, smiling at Ana's words. "Yeah, love you explained it. You're really good with words." Alice grabbed her bag and stood up, glad to be back on her feet. She never could stay still very long. She had too much energy. That's why she was good at sports, at least so she figured. Smiling at Ana she said," Come on. There's some awesome places in this mall. We'll have a blast." She started walking backward, waiting for Ana to catch up.
